About Therapy
Personalized Approach To Your Needs
Perhaps you're feeling down or anxious - maybe you're unsure about the future of a relationship, or just feel that you aren't living life as you wish. Whatever your needs may be, there is support available within a welcoming and trusting relationship. Therapy is a process of growth and self-discovery, and achieving desired change by encouraging openminded exploration around attitudes and reactions which may no longer be serving you.
About Me
Personalized Care and Guidance
Graham Daly has completed a B.A. (Hons) in Counselling & Psychotherapy at Cork Institute of Technology, a training which is approved by the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP). With a long-held interest in personal development and a background in mindfulness, Graham’s aim is to meet, respect and support the client while acknowledging and exploring any challenges that they may be dealing with.
Graham has a strong belief in the individual’s own ability to make the desired changes in one’s life when provided with the welcoming, secure space that the therapeutic relationship can offer. He combines an integrative, client-centred approach and aspects of mindfulness with a foundation of non-judgemental, empathic understanding in order to promote therapeutic healing and change.
Graham’s humanistic, integrative approach includes Person-Centred Therapy, Gestalt, Family Systems Theory, Transactional Analysis (TA), Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Mindfulness.
